Jay Shepard is an owner of Junction Consulting, LLC, an advertising agency specializing in creating, producing, and delivering corporate and political messaging. Shepard has served as an advisor on dozens of U.S. Senate, U.S. Congressional, Gubernatorial, and state-wide and legislative races.
Jay Shepard was elected National Committeeman for Vermont in 2012, and reelected in 2016. Jay currently serves as RNC Vice Chair serving on the Executive Committee and as a member of the Rules Committee. Jay has also been National Director of Catholic Engagement for the RNC and currently serves on President Trump’s Catholic Advisory Committee. In Vermont, Shepard serves on the VTGOP Executive and State Committees.
Jay is a frequent contributor for local, regional, and national publications, television programs and talk radio.
In 2016, Jay Shepard gave the prime time invocation at the Republican National Convention on the night President Donald J. Trump was officially nominated. Since then, Jay has been a featured speaker at events all across the United States. A strong supporter of the President, Jay has been an outspoken advocate for the Republican Party and it's founding principles.
